What difference has the Imperial Emphasis with the normal order?Does it get a better roll/smaller chance of a bad roll by raising the cap?
Oh I see then. No? it just means that countries who hold an imperial title get an extra order.
Any chance that a complete noob might take an irrelevant insignificant country to learn the ropes while doing little harm to the overall game?
I was thinking it is a pity no-one is safeguarding the Arc of the Covenant down in Ethiopia...
I'd rather not be too in the middle though, next to more experienced players driving far stronger nations. Besides no chance at creating a fantasy Ethiopian Navy
The Swiss are rather far away from any port, so I don't see that happening.Hey, I would love to see you try and make a Swiss Colonial Empire
being in the outskirts are not fun. Besides I am not experienced and I've pissed off Denmark more or less so Germany is gonna be loads of fun.
PS: I am like the smallest of all the nations.
See, now that's interesting. What are the two Ethiopian states and what separates them? In any case, you're always in a situation where you can affect the entry to the Red Sea, deal with Turkey and Spain, try to trade with India and Persia and the African states.Inexperience is no reason why you should take a nation outside of every range. Whould it not be boring to play a game with other players but have nothing with them to do? Also there are two Ethiopian states at the moment but no "real" Ethiopian one.
The northern one is the Awsa Sultanate, a muslim state much more successfull than in real life but following the Shia-7. The southern one is the Principality of Amhar, the orthodox defenders against the Muslim encirclement.
Landlocked Protestant Germans for Landlocked Protestant Germans, I'll take the ones who are destined to develop delicious chocolate. :happy:Sure, welcome to the fold, but remember, you can take other German minors as well (Hesse, Palatinate, Württemberg)
Already out de jure or simply de facto?Being surrounded by hostil catholics and already out of the Empire. Invited to the ongoing Weimar Conference.
