Indeed, I do. Actually it has been a pretty boring game. Colonizing is pretty much an "I-win" button, so I wanted to spice it up at the end and see how I'd fare against the other powers of the world.

Trying to go for the luck of the irish achievement early on, makes an interesting early game however.

Most ridiculous european power change I've ever seen in my Kongo game. Made major mistakes which cost me 20 years of administration points, but I probably would not have gotten all of Africa anyway, so I didn't even bother attacking the Ottomans at the end. The main problem was this:

And Portugal was actually the unior union partner of Castille  I think they had around 800k troops and 600 ships, so yeah ... didn't bother trying to get their colonies :) Thoigh I really don't understand why Castille did not take out France or Aragon. I really don't get it .... I think the AI should be programmed to eliminate the threat of France completely or at least try to form Spain by taking out Aragon, but they stopped right before completely wiping them out. Really weird again ...

Still, playing as a really small african or american nation is really boring compared to european or asian countries. Wouldn't mind some DLC to enhance the experience there ...

Mali was my vassal, which was a stupid idea because the AE modifier was so high that I couldn't even annex them. As I said, couple of mistakes ...

Ultimate goal is to reconquer the Roman Empire, nothing more. Going a bit more slowly than I would like though, due to the coalitions forming against me. I have a standing army of around 220,000 but I always seem to be outnumbered. When this current war started I was outnumbered almost 3-1. Oh well.

1.2.2 Ironman Byzantium>HRE completed

Biggest regret, I had a Palaiologos on the French and Russian throne and did not manage to take advantage of it. At one point there was a regency council in France with a vacant throne but I did not know if claiming their throne would have resulted in an automatic PU or done nothing; since I did not have a Palaiologos on their throne yet, and since I couldn’t risk pissing off my electors whom I had a royal rarriage with just before the election, I did nothing. Sadly latter my faithful French ally became a noble republic, kicking my poor French brother of the throne in the process.

Great Britain and France exchanged Brittany and Cornwall; it was a hilarious constant warfare between the two.

I was lucky to have Austria enter a PU under Spain at the beginning kicking it out of the imperial race.

My great Central American Empire came from a very successful Netherlands

If I had one advice it would be ally and support Lithuania against Muscovy, you don’t want those Russian putting their nose in your black sea.

Now I guess I just have to go tell my cartographer he has one hour to paint my empire in red instead of this awful vert de gris or I’ll use his blood to do it

Everything about the above game/nation/choices utterly disgusts me. I'm impressed by the amount of disgust this blurple gone greyskin has incited inside me.
I applaud your ability to make me sick to my stomach

My Baluchistan game has been going really really well, I usually avoid non-western tech nations due to the fact I hate westernizing but hell, why not be 4 (iirc) province-minor-tribal-democracy-muslim-tech-group-bordering-big-red-blob Baluchistan?

Its been a blast, although African provinces (with the exception of 8 base tax Cape and 14 base tax Tibuktu) are realllllllly poor. I have to wonder how good their trade goods are compared to say, if I ran my little Malaya-brown ass to South America instead of nearby Africa. Lot lot lot lot of ivory, which doesn't seem to be worth much. Colonized some islands (Diego Garcia, Reunion, etc) to the east, they make spices which are 3rd in price only to Chinaware and Tea... these little tiny islands are at the top of my greatest province production $. Slaves oddly enough aren't very valuable either, I thought during this time they'd be at least 4th to spices...

Funj, the Mameluke's little remnant state centered around Alexandria, and Bahmanis (completely surrounded by Madurai) are all in PUs with me, and Kongo is a vassal.

Kongo is stubbornly resisting being diplo annexed (-400 AE. Why should they care who I attack? They're safe...) so I will likely eat the -5 or whatever ridiuclous stability cost and attack/annex them outright. I westernized pretty early for a central nation like Baluchistan, around ~1500-1550.

Took Exploration first, (to escape from the Timurids, who did very well after I left and sold them all of my provinces, they did well longer than usual too)
then I took Economic so I could reform the awful tribal government type...
then Quantity (my army is really overstreched at this point across my new homeland Africa, my small South American foothold and Australia, I need the extra forcelimits)
and finally Trade, so I can start forwarding trade effectively to Timbuktu, my new capital node. Already doing so with 2 merchants but its bleh at best. Eventually when I integrate Bahmanis and get Indian trade going it'll really be very profitable.

Still working on the trade/quantity ideas. Just got a really good 6/5/4 or somesuch monarch so... I am caught up to the western leaders in military tech, far behind in diplomatic and meh behind in Admin.
That huge Ottoman blob is the main concern, they actually nearly snaked and touched France at once point, but a huge at least 20 nation European clusterf00k brigade coalition just barely (not even kidding, they peaced with around 15% warscore) and took some of Austria's land back, as the ottoman's were knocking on Wien's door.

I feel bad for that timmy player, he should be in way better shape then he is now.

Well being aggressive vs. your boss and overlords is not a great way for a payraise :)

Seriously, well done. That's one excellent empire.

Well I am terribly sorry my choices made you sick even if I can only but agree that the HRE colour is pretty awful.

Witness the mighty empire of Trebizond! (why don't they have byzantine ideas?)

From a OPM to a continent spanning superpower, and without any PU's at all. AI difficulty was on hard and Ironman was on. Pentarchy re-established!
