Hiring people without any relevant experience for programming jobs would be idiotic.
Ask yourself this, if you were an employer, under what circumstances would you hire someone without any relevant experience? What would make you hire that person as opposed to someone that does have relevant experience?
The answer might be what you're looking for.
Now please job++ this position in about 3 more years so I can get money++.
Then I'll have learned C++, Java, and some others...

You do have to move to Sweden to work at PDS, but we have plenty in the office that don´t speak Swedish to that´s not a problem
And how will i get citizenship? I'm graduating this year(IT).

Depends on what you are aiming to work as. Programmers uses Visual Studio and most of us scripters have Visual Studio installed, to make it easier to debug crashes and script bugs for both us and the programmers. The artists don't have Visual Studio installed, they usually don't need it.
We use QTCreate for Linux and for our code you need Visual Studio for Windows. So that's a yes, if you wish to work as a programmer for PDS.

SVN, although hopefully we'll switch to git eventually when we have the time, svn is pretty shoddy. For bug tracking etc we have a system integrated into the forum (being phased out) as well as Jira.

If you want to subsidize my learning of programming I'll work like a serf, and be damned happy to do so as well :laugh:
Then why don't you just hire some serfs from abroad? Here in America workers don't have any rights so just avoid letting us get Swedish citizenship and you can party like it's 999.
But seriously, how often do you guys hire junior programmers?
Swedish labour law and labour contracts apply for foreign citizens working in Sweden as well.
As an american I'm ideologically opposed to making use of laws that improve working conditions.
