Boring win. Next.

Thanks to EUROO7 for GM'ing!

Now that I am on a real keyboard instead of a phone and iPad: Question to the JL: Is there any way I could have lived past today?

With my late, and after the deadline, vote on Cliges and the late vote on Daffius today and my "save" of Teep ~16 hours before the deadline I might have been able to make a case to not lynch me today. The next problem is who do I get lynched instead?

I don't think Falc was lynchable if he was in contact with the Seer since Steed outted himself at the end of day 2.

Rysz' late (tie breaking?) vote on Teep made him close to unlynchable in a competent village, IMO. If he was lynched it would have to be very last.

I might have been able to make a run at SPLIT, but I don't think I could get him lynched on a weekday when I have very limited access to the game and he is spamming the thread the entire time.

That leaves di Tuti, and I don't even know if I could have made a convincing case against him, I didn't even get that far.

So even if I lived through today's lynching, and kill one of the 3 scanned people, I then need to convince enough people to lynch SPLIT the next day. Again while I am away the entire time and he is potentially active. If I somehow pull that off, and kill another scanned villager, it is down to me, Rysz, Falc and a scanned villager. At that point who do I get lynched to win? Falc, the wolf who let the Seer live for 3 days? Rysz who maybe killed a packmate for an alibi? The scanned villager? Or me?

If I thought I had even 1% chance of pulling it off I would not have given up and would have fought to the end. I am not sure there was a 1% chance I live through the next day, much less the next 2 after that.

This game was rough from the start for us.

It started with my ill conceived attempt to "save" Teep 16 hours before the deadline. I expected that there would be some movement on the votes while I was asleep, but there wasn't and he was still in a really bad spot when I woke up. Then I was too busy during the day to get my vote changed to a reasonable third party, or kill Teep myself. At that point I knew I was in big trouble and couldn't really risk speaking out at all, I was hoping to blend in for a day to two and hope people forgot about me.

I wanted to kill Rysz the next day as his vote on Teep was nearly as good as a scan, but that order was changed, because of the odds of him being Seer 2 games in a row. Forgetting the fact that he had the exact same odds of being Seer as anyone else in this particular game, he was as close to unlynchable as anyone was before a JL came out. My hunt order was overridden and we killed someone else.

I was pretty sure that Steed was Seer after he outted Cliges in a late panic thinking he was going to get lynched with the info going to the grave with him. I sent in an order to kill him, but that was also changed.

To be honest I kind of lost interest at that point. While I understand the importance of killing the seer, I don't know that throwing blind darts is the best idea when there are players who will not be able to be lynched.

My late vote against Cliges was because I just forgot about the game and was hoping to get a vote in.

Today I realized my only chance was to be pivotal in killing Daffius and killing the Seer. I did both, but there were to many scanned and clearly good villagers left and I had absolutely no chance.

Oh well.

Yeah thanks EURO...

Sbr you were dead anyway.. It was between you and Gen Di Tuti who was the last wolf.. So if not today, then definitely tomorrow so thanks for throwing in the towel (after you killed me) :(

My odd behaviour on day 2 was a slight mistake on my part thinking I was tied level with Panzer. I missed Hax vote saving me 30mins before deadline..
I had scanned Arkasas the first night and then Cliges the 2nd. I had PM'd Arkasas a few times but he was ignoring me completely so I couldn't trust he would out Cliges if I died.
In a desperate effort I PM'd Falc to tell him Cliges was a wolf if I died and maybe he could save me in the thread by voting panzer. Just incase Falc was a wolf (which I 99% doubted) I decided to out Cliges on the very last minute myself..
I knew I would have one last scan at least then as it would be to late to change your hunt order to me with 30 secs to go.

It was odd you never came for me the next night?? or Falc??

Instead you hunted the players we had not scanned so you helped us narrow the field down. The voting records cleared The_Split and Rysz, so it came down to Daffius, Sbr and Gen di tuti. Was a win all the way before we even lynched Daffius....

Yep. That went as bad for the bad guys as it could have.

Yeah, I was wondering why I never got hunted. This shows the importance of the wolf pack communicating with each other. If my experience as a wolf in the Stalingrad two games ago was the same as yours this game, I can surely understand why you surrendered today. My luck in that game was that I didn't have the spotlight on me, so I kept active and could lead the wolves (and the village).

Steed: since I was almost a scanned goodie, why not trust me and instead contact Falc?

Euro, thanks for hosting, but I have to ask: why the hate? And what did you really intend with those "official warnings"?

It was a rush to pass on info, I think there were around 6-7 mins to deadline. I noticed Falc was online and so PM'd Falc. If you were the first I noticed online, id have PM'd you instead.
Arkasas left me in the dire, I copied him on every PM all game and still to this day not heard a single reply? Just a quick 'OK' would have been good, but
he was deadwood. I even asked EURO if he had made a mistake and Arkasas was really a wolf as he started voting me in thread. I just don't get it.

In the end, we won quite easy so good stuff.

I think that is normal procedure from Arkasas since in the last big he didn't really answer the pack PMs either.

Thank you EURO07!

thank you for hosting. For the purpose of record keeping does Arkansas gets a win in this game?

I guess so. He wasn't so active and he didn't reply to the JL however he did vote after all. I would count it as a win if you want an even list. Could you by the way post the thread where you collect all the lite wins here and maybe place the link in your signature?

Euro could please just update the first post and write the names of the winners and maybe the happenings. For future readers you know.

There is nothing interesting enough about this game to save for future readers.

Some of the role playing setting/updates were pretty amusing. I also liked how Hax kept up the role playing throughout the game, even when voting.

But you are right, in terms of actual game play I've seen a lot of games with more action.

here you go - http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?736626-Werewolf-Lite-Hall-of-Fame

I agree that there is no particular reason to proclaim this as an interesting game but I would like that every GM update the history of the game to simplify for personal statistics.

Don't forget Rysz.

Oops. Fixed now, thanks!
