be nice if u have detailled kompanies brigades, divisions and can zoom into the fight and give the soldiers orders.
Like in sudden strike series.
If an battle begins a generator generates a battlefield under the aspekts of the given province where it happens.
so there are not needed many of maps, cause u random them. if there is for example a city in this province then more town is used in the mix.
will be nice if u have the option to zoom in and makes the game more detailled.
I like it to bring my own created battalions to front and move them directly in battle.
maybe its an good idea for the next hoi5?

I'd rather not spend hours fighting every battle the world over, and I'd hope the devs use their resources somewhere other than that.

Yeah PDS games are more pen and paper/ statistically-esque, tactical combats wouldn't fit into it.
