it would be nice to see some of czech production railway cars (subway and tramways). for example i really miss high-floor tramway Tatra T3, T6A5 or KT8D5. they're icons of Czech capital city Prague, and were exported into China and Russia too. T3 is the oldest tramway riding in Prague on a regular lines (currently just in modernizated types like T3.SUCS, T3R.P or T3M.DVC). T6A5 and KT8D5 are together second most common tramway types in Prague made by ČKD in 90's. KT8D5 is an articulated, both-ways tram, now riding just as modernizated type KT8D5R.NP2. There trams are symbols of Czech railway production well known abroad too. even if they're quite old, they still looks young.

From Czech produced buses i'd msot likely seen in game one of the latest Karosa buses, in cooperation with Iveco Irisbus, articulated high-floor city bus Karosa B961e, and it's 12M sister, Karosa B951e.

I think there should be a more British feel to this game. such as,
New bus for London (NBFL)
newbus_main.jpg

or some new metro like the underground 2009 stock or the s stock
s-stock1.jpg 2233955_112cf850.jpg

or even the the london overground stock Class 378 Capitalstar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Rail_Class_378)
bswann378137edenbridge280909.jpg

The class 378 would be my preferred choice, as its able to be a long distance metro which can use third rail or pantograph, it's modern and would work well in cim2.

I like to see more classic cars. Here I present some vehicles circulating in the past by the city of Seville, in southern Spain.

Exactly what I was going to suggest, the new Routemasters would fit perfectly in the games modern theme, plus I would love some London under/overground stock.

I would also like the original Routemasters and older underground stock but I suspect the focus here will be on modern vehicles.

Thanks for all the suggestions! You still have until tomorrow to post your favourite vehicle model and the polls open on Wednesday 30th of April :)

I'll try too. :) All this models we have in CiM1, but, you know...

So, buses.

MAZ-103 or Neoplan N4016

800px-Sibiu_MAZ_bus_1.jpg mpk_malowanie_bialozielone.JPG

In 90's MAZ buying license from Neoplan, so this buses are similar. :D

Trolleybuses.

BKM-321.

385652.jpg444223.jpg435171.jpg479775.jpg2484462.jpg413583.jpg

This is second low-floor trolleybus in CIS (first was articulated BKM-333 in 1998) and most massive low-floor trolleybus in CIS and maybe in world? Made more than 1000 trolleybuses of this model. BKM-321 works in CIS and, for example, in Belgrade (nearly 100 pieces).

Articulated BKM-333. Made in Belarus also. :)

Trams.
Well, Tatra T3 of course! As can be Prague without Tatras?

265627.jpg8506-praha-mt.jpg16243.jpg

And Metro trains... Well, 81-717/714, of course. :D Severe Soviet train, you know. :D

We need some better metro trains!!!! ........ But please this time, would you ensure that all new metro trains:
  1. Have a driving cab BOTH ends.
  2. Fit the infrastructure (do not foul the station platforms, or other trains passing on adjacent tracks)
  3. The doors of the trains match the level of the station platforms.
  4. Have doors on both sides.
The only existing trains that fully meet this criteria is the Capitol XT30 (the Arnauld Metropolis is also OK except that there is no rear cab.)
All metro trains must have cabs BOTH ENDS!
