Like I said; I was on my cellphone at a family party. I had more on my mind, but ran out of time and posted when I noticed it was 21.59. Not that it would have mattered. Talking is what got me killed.

There were 2 posts apart from myself, Wagon and ghosts between 23.50 and 17.38. That's nearly 17 hrs! Making me a bit fed up when posting...

Sorry if this sounds like sour grapes. It is not. I did not deserve to win this game based on my performance. What I dislike is the tendency to go for active players, generally speaking, creating a game where the winning tactic is to shut up.

I had planned an ending to the Gylaug saga, but I prefer saving it for later. It's up to you guys to keep the game alive now!

My objection to this is the bit where it could conceivably be seen that there was a fissure in the rank of wolves, and that Panzer went after both you and Hax right before he was lynched. You only argument yesterday seemed to be that we should kill inactive players, which has always been a shitty argument thrown around initially by thistletooth in a game where he was co-opted by the wolves into winning the game for them. It's a shitty meta argument that favors wolves, point blank. I am not saying that we go after soley active players, but not let us snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by playing a meta argument.

On to the game:

No ties, goddamit that favors wolves, again. I don't like aedan777 or Marty99 at the moment, specifically for the tie. Since there is no momentum behind Marty, and previous suspicion around aedan, I suggest that we go after him.

BUT IF ANYONE TIES, THEY NEED TO DIE.

...wow. I mean, sweet jeeesus.

There was no point in not going for a 3-way tie. Anyone that was in it, if they weren't going to be lynched in a tie, they would be lynched one day after another. If you lynch them all at once you lose 2 days to parity. If you lynch them one at a time (as the village is doing now), that wastes three days to parity. In that time the wolf (if he is not among them) will have hunted one more villager.
Had we done the tie as I suggested, the game would either be over by now or we would have the 3 main suspects out of the way and could now focus on everyone else with plenty of time to get him. As it stands now, if aedan is a wolf we wasted a day not lynching him and the game would have been over yesterday if my plan had work. If aedan is not a wolf then we've wasted one more day than we needed to getting him out of the way.


What is hard to understand about that?

If I was a wolf, why would I want to kill one more suspect in a day? The more villagers that are lynched per day, the less suspects remain and the wolf is more exposed, and has less time to hunt the cleared villagers. On average, ties in these situations are mathematically favourable for the village and detrimental to the wolves, it's not even remotely arguable.


Seriously Cliges, this is Werewolf Lite 101. And I have said this every time I have been a villager ever so don't give me that BS about that being 'reminiscent of a wolf'. I have never ever lost as a wolf in Lite except when I've been scanned and outed by the seer, so what are you referring to here? :confused:

I made a crucial vote to help get Panzer killed and I organised the tie that killed the other two wolves.

As I mentioned earlier, I did not want a tie, and had I been able to, I would've broken it. Of course you have no reason to believe my word for it. Regardless I would prefer not to be lynched, and the only other person implicated by the pm shenanigans would be arkasas, and I don't know where to start on going after others.

I'm normally active now! I feel special.

There's not much to debate. I think we should kill aedan, aedan thinks we should kill me, everyone else picks one.
 
I'm against a tie, since I'd be in it. Otherwise though, I'd probably be in support of it, since it eliminates possible candidates. In this situation though, I know lynching me will only hurt the village, so I'm against the tie so we don't move closer to parity needlessly. Of course you don't know that, so a tie is looking more and more likely.
