It fell out of first page because there haven't been any progress for a while due to real life. I will get back to serious modding soon, so there will be updates more often.

The mod is finally back on track. To get things started here is provisional changelog for the next version:

NEW FEATURES:
+ Conversion events
+ Decision to interact with prisoners
+ Crown Authority law split in two separate laws - Crown Levy and Crown Obligations.
+ New factions for changing Crown Levy, Crown Obligations and Tolerance
+ Decisions to change Crown Laws for elves and sorcerers more than once in lifetime
+ Tiered wealth, prestige and piety ambitions from AO
+ Make Friend and Get Lover ambitions
+ New ambition to Expand by Conquest
+ New plots - Discredit Fellow Vassal and Sell Out

CHANGES:
+ Reworked magic decisions
+ Nature religion split in Dryad and Druidic religion
+ Sol Apollo religion changed to Old Solar
+ Various province religion changes in Nilfgaard Empire
+ Druid circles in some provinces
+ Eternal Fire title have new province and is liege of Novgorod
+ Removed Increase Demesne and Become King ambitions
+ New icons, descriptions and bonuses for personality traits to make them more morally grey

FIXES:
+ Fixed magic learning system
Most of the things above are in varying states of completion so there won't be any ETA for now. Another thing, there won't be any dev-diaries, since they are pain to write and the one about magic is way out of date by now. Instead I will try to periodically post some screenshots of new things:

Hierarch now has his own county so there shouldn't be endless wars to take his barony. Hierarch has also become direct liege of Novigrad, taxes from it will allow him to help spread Eternal Fire religion.

Religion map now is bit more colorful - Melitele is no longer the dominant religion.

A bit about the new crown laws. The Crown Authority law has been removed and it's effects split between Crown Obligations and Crown Levy.

  • Crown Levy have 4 levels and it should be quite obvious what it does - it raises the levies you receive from all your vassals, in addition, all levels above 1st allows you to appoint commanders.
  • Crown obligations also have 4 levels - 1st gives nothing, 2nd allows to revoke titles, 3rd forbids internal warfare and 4th level disallows titles to be inherited outside the realm.

Without these two laws there is another one only available to human realms - Tolerance. It has 3 levels - tolerant, neutral and intolerant. It's effects are mostly tied to events and access to few specific CBs, but intolerant level allows free infidel revocation.

Of course all of the laws come with factions, and Tolerance law can be both increased or decreased by them.

In previous version I have made it quite hard for rulers to revoke titles and prohibited outside inheritance for all CA's expect the lowest one. My reasons were that with a map with small scale and similar religions outside inheritance would be very common. That's also why I put Agnatic Gavelkind on most of the titles: less female rulers = less titles inherited through the female line. Revokations were made hard as rulers always try to max out their demesne and thereby dynasties are kicked out with every new ruler.
I am not saying this to question your changes, only to illustrate that I didn't originally set the flags by random ;)

In my tests everything worked quite nice. Everything above 1st Crown Obligation gives exponential opinion penalities, but the effects could be switched between levels - 1st nothing, 2nd outside inheritence, 3rd revoke, 4th internal warfare. If you raised Crown Obligations too high without rising Crown Levies too, you will have problems with winning the factions to lower it, since Crown Levies give considerable bonus to your levy sizes. Another thing to consider is that there is more crown laws and you can change only one per lifetime, so it's a bit harder to max them.

hey just a suggestion, but could you improve the chance of Emhyr var Emreis to obtain a successor? I mean, right now, due to his old age, he couldn't get his wife pregnant (which is weird, because in real life, men never stop being fertile, only female does. So the fertility malus for the old male is kinda out of place as there's many occasion of 70s years old men still be able to impregnate women in reality)

He should usually get a child, since at game start he is still young enough and he even have multiple concubines. But I could increase his fertility by a bit.

The main reason for his low fertiliy is that Emhyr while having multiple concubines and a wife in canon ended up with no heirs. Then some guy that was distantly related to him took over after him.

But it isn't WAD?
Right now when his dying, proper guy is becoming new emperor like happened in canon story.
No for me, if it happens it's by chance. But what I wanted to add is a daughter to first non-canon emperors (Emperor Fergus' father) that marries in Voorhis dynasty (Movran Voorhis' grandfather), going by current character biirthdates it also fits in very well.
