Anyway, I'd prefer the classic, vanilla, distinguished HoI style but hey, EU3+HoI could also work if you really don't like that one.

I feel like a kid in the candy shop... I want them all .

I like EU3 the most than Victoria, although I won't mind any of them.

EU3 seems quite good enough.

Being late is something we know very well in this Mod.

Just tested them in-game. Love 'em! But just one question before you start converting all flags: where do you find the flags? Is it on wiki? Right dimensions and perfection is a must. :blush:

I usually take my flags from Wikipedia, then crop them to get the magic 70:44 ratio. I prefer cropping to resizing in order to preserve the the symbols/CoAs/emblems intact.

We have skipped the capital city idea. Propaganda posters, national romantic paintings, war magazines and old border maps are now welcomed.

256, 211px is the standard size of a propaganda picture. Let's say we increase the height a bit, would it look differently on computers with different resolution size?

Propaganda pictures can be bigger, but not really. In game .bmp files are inserted from top left.
So watch not to overlap the other gfx or text.

Good luck finding non provocative art for fyrom, had to dig many pages of nationalist and anti-fyrom propaganda just for a nice picture...
