agreed.

I am being concerned about the infra IC boni being all at the top end. Would be a no brainer to go all the way if you are close to 90 in some provinces, certainly in your IC provinces. Would 80% -> 5%, 90% -> 10 % 100% > 15% not be a better spread?

* Is it possible to make a screen resolution for 2560*1440?
