@Sleepyhead. The last question I have. What was you reason to let me scanned by the council ?
He did recently learn the name of Audren before he got hunted, and now he's guilty of weirdo council philosophy.
Anyway, what should the council do? We need instructions. We can only use our powers every second night and now it looks like they will waste a shot on council analysis.
It's either shoot wombat or priest scan somebody. Personally I prefer the latter.
Right, who can we clear? Wagon never gave me his scan list.
Also, I can out wombat closer to deadline.
Wagon's been double-clearing the people Audren scanned. Right now I'm the only player who could be double-cleared by a priest scan, and as the padre who knows the entire JL as it is, I can assure you that'd be wasteful on so many counts. I might just coordinate with Wagon tonight to get somebody double-cleared.
I'll tell them to priest scan AVN, is that an unscanned?
k-59 is only seer scanned. But that is it. Aside from that nobody is is partially scanned (besides MC, but I agree using a scan on him is stupid. If he was a baddie then he hadn't saved me like that yesterday, but just let me swing.)
Rovs could be a possibility for a scan. But MC made a good point that keeping people at bay might be hard and I am not sure how much Rovs is gunning for me.
Also what is the possibility wombat is brutal?
AVN seems fine. I guess I should seer scan him too?
Oh, if k-59 is only seer-scanned he's probably a decent choice. But he's also been sensible this game, and I find him likely enough as a goodie for that reason. Go for AVN; as a returning vet he'll be a difficult lynch if he's bad and we'll want him on our side if he's good.
Was knowing you were cursed the reason you went forth so prominently in the thread?Npstr got it in a spy report, though he decided not to trust the information and soon forgot about it. I didn't have him spy on me again and kept AVN from finding out.
You are still not reading my post properly. I asked which non aedan person knew he himself was cursed. I didn't ask who besides aedan knew aedan was cursed.Well technically Aedan didn't know he personally was cursed, any more than anyone else did.
Which posts are you referring to?Was knowing you were cursed the reason you went forth so prominently in the thread?
I know that's what you meant. Maybe you are not reading my post correctly. Was knowing you were cursed the reason you went forth so prominently in the thread?

At some point you went rather public in the thread with some JL stuff; which was why I was quite certain it was you and not aedan who had turned (knew you were a curse). I saw that post as quite unnecessary and just drawing a hunt to you.Which posts are you referring to?
My behaviour stayed the same - except trying to keep that piece of information from spreading, that is.
You answered that everybody knew aedan was cursed. I don't see how that can be misread.I know that's what you meant. Maybe you are not reading my post correctly.![]()
Actually I did. EL sent me a PM after he pulled his shenanigan and told me the High Sorcerer would contact me after the next no hunt night, with some code phrase about trains or railroads. Made absolutely zero sense to do if I wasn't actually cursed. I kept it secret because I didn't feel like giving everyone proof I was in contact with baddies. To be honest, the village should've probably killed me at some point, particularly once it was clear the wolves weren't going to hunt me until they needed the push for parity.Well technically Aedan didn't know he personally was cursed, any more than anyone else did.

Absolutely. Unfortunately there were so many cursed players around that this was an impossible job to do ...To be honest, the village should've probably killed me at some point, particularly once it was clear the wolves weren't going to hunt me until they needed the push for parity.
Lying in the thread is one thing. Lying in private would've been beyond pointless and possibly dangerous. And the wolves hunting me would've been a mistake, since I'd just have been lynched and they'd have gained nothing, with me possibly outing them in retribution. He could have still been lying, though. Pointless to do so, but still in the realm of possibility.
The village should have lynched you, but then a pack should have hunted you.

Considering that when there was a no hunt night I nearly got lynched even with the JL claiming I wasn't turned by their spy reports, I'd say it was extremely likely I'd have been lynched if I was turned. It wasn't assured that the village would assume that you'd been turned, especially after you threatened to out the pack responsible.
I'd say I knew. Lying in the thread could conceivably serve a purpose, but lying to me in private with some silly code words? That's too much to reasonably think might be done for a lie.I mean like absolutely know, fo sho
Yeah but there's knowing and knowing. This was the former. Like when tonkatoy5 knew I was a wolf five games in a row.Considering that when there was a no hunt night I nearly got lynched even with the JL claiming I wasn't turned by their spy reports, I'd say it was extremely likely I'd have been lynched if I was turned.

Bro, it's well established that it's pronounced as if there are two syllables, ergo, it's a moot point to say it's a one syllable word. Honestly, I think most people care too much about grammar. More important than how you say something is that your point makes it across."Prismatic" would have two vowels, Pris-ma-tic, so I kinda see where you're coming from. But the "second syllable" in Pris-(u)m is just weird. I think more knowledgeable people agree that prism has one syllable.
The proper use of grammar ensures that you have the greatest possible chance of getting your point across, though. Why wouldn't you want that?Bro, it's well established that it's pronounced as if there are two syllables, ergo, it's a moot point to say it's a one syllable word. Well, if you have to go out of your way and expend a greater deal of energy ensuring grammatical perfection, then it may not be preferred. This isn't always the case, but neither is it always the case that better grammar is always necessary. I'm not saying that good grammar is bad, just not always absolutely necessary, and sometimes a waste of time and energy to get hung up on. Make sense? The proper use of grammar ensures that you have the greatest possible chance of getting your point across, though. Why wouldn't you want that?
I understand that's the way you think, I just believe it to be wrong.Well, if you have to go out of your way and expend a greater deal of energy ensuring grammatical perfection, then it may not be preferred.
