Ok thank you and another question: i turned a woman in a strigoi vampire and married her now i see that the strigoi vampires have -10000% of fertility so how can i have a son?
As Wandering Sentinel said above, all vampires cannot have children, and must instead adopt the vampires that they create.

So, you've
1. married your daughter
2. made Strigoi upset (Strigoi doesn't like, when someone who didn't exist when he walked Earth is turned into Vampire)

And my it's my turn for questions:
Please, find attached image. On this picture is illustrated, that I've got trait, which has "scripted" description. So, my questions are:
1. Why have I gotten this malus to vassals'opinion?
2. How long does it last?
3. How could I get rid of this malus?

I can answer your first and third questions pretty easily. The opinion malus you've pointed out is received as a result of having a high suspicion rating (basically a counter applied to a character like the favor for the various Chaos Gods), usually from doing suspicious activities as a hidden cultist, refusing to allow Witch Hunters to operate in your borders, or expelling them altogether. The opinion modifier eventually goes away on its own, but I can't recall off the top of my head how long it lasts and trying to hunt for a specific event in the files is....... problematic to say the least.

Another small question...
Today we tried playing Geheimnisnacht in multiplayer.
But after ~5-10 Minutes it would always crash, closing the game without warning or error message for everyone but the host -
who could continue to play.
We tried different Druuchi, Orcs, Dark Dwarfs and Ogres.
Is this a known problem with this version? I couldn't find anything on this and I remember it working in earlier ones.
Error log shows an error in Line 19 of z_lizardmen_mounts (ID already exists) and several missing texture files (Plus 2 with forbidden compression).
I'm not sure if that crashes it that bad.

What do you guys think is a faction that fits me? Only exception is I'm not very interested in playing Chaos, or any of the other far northern tribes.

So far my favorite has been Queen Neferata. I have a ton of fun playing as her. She is less about war (at least early on), and there is tons of diplomacy/espionage to do, and sending vampires looking for new vampires and setting up cults in surrounding provinces. I have quite a selection of vampires that I have turned, which is really cool.

But is there any others like that currently in the game? Not exact of course. Specifically, I love diplomacy/espionage and not so much war. I also love using magic. As a bonus, I much prefer smaller nations and not so much starting off as someone big.

I tried the Generaless over in Lustria and didn't really like it so much. Sylvania is too big.

Wood elves are awesome and sorta my #1 favorite, as I LOVE nature/animals/plants, but its really hard to get into since they start off as such a huge empire. Their leader is awesome as well, and I like that you can summon nature stuff from what I saw in the intrigue options. But...its such a big empire lol. If it was smaller (1-3 provinces) I'd probably choose it over anyone else, since I love nature so much. I might choose it anyway, but just so much land :(

Haven't done anyone else yet, mostly been reading information about mechanics and stuff.

(edit: Think I found a character I really like, Arkhan the Black. I didn't even look in that area, but looks like a lot of fun. Gets cool mechanics and stuff as well it looks like. And starts with only two provinces. :)

Settra looks fun too, but he doesn't seem to get necromancy or any magic.

It has always been unstable on multiplayer, it might just be that the last updates made it even more so.

The Wood Elves aren't just one ruler, there's plenty of little vassals under Ariel.

The Mahtmasi vampires also have interesting voodoo magic to indirectly influence foreign countries.

Thanks for the response. :) I ended up going with Morathi after trying various characters out that weren't leaders. A lot of them are quite more fun to play than actual leader. I ended up choosing Morathi though for my first main game. Her traits are great, especially since she starts with Immortal and a bunch of other fun stuff. Plus its quite a bit harder than just starting off directly as the Witch king. I even befriended the high elves with her. :)

Alright, so taking a break from the Chaos hordes, I tried my hand at the Cathayan colony in Napyara.

What am I doing wrong?

I can't seem to do anything against the Tomb Kings to my west: I always get attacked by the northern realm (Avaki), and am sometimes able to defeat them with judicious use of my Astermonancer (assuming I don't get any miscasts). It's particularly frustrating that the king of Avaki, because he has a low Martial, is unlikely to actually lead an army, and it's a roll of the dice whether or not I'm able to duel him anyway, and if I can't kill the Tomb King, I literally cannot besiege any of his holdings, because they have garrisons in the 1900 range, and I can put 1800 troops in the field at maximum, which is unlikely because fighting Nehekharans bleeds armies like nobody's buisiness.

Assuming I can achieve a stalemate with Avaki, what generally happens is the southern Nehekharan kingdom, Qalisha, attacks and successfully conquers the only adjacent Lizardman province, then proceeds to take my southernmost county. Unlike Avaki, there is nothing I can do to affect these guys: the main Tomb King and his two vassal kings have 6,000 men between them, which are better troops and have unbreakable morale, and even if I do kill all three Tomb Kings (which in unlikely, since coming into contact with one of their stacks means I'm going to lose at least 2/3rds of my forces), it won't matter, because their armies are still active even if the Tomb King is destroyed. Yes, that means their levies are reduced to zero, but in the here and now, that's still 6,000 undying soldiers bearing down on Naparaya.

I don't see how a Naparayan ruler can ever get strong enough to avoid getting ground into paste by their Tomb King neighbors. The retinues look nice, but I don't start with any retinue-increasing buildings, and it would take literally a decade+ in order to save up enough cash to buy the first Sculptor's workshop, which only gives me one-fifth the retinue cap I need for the cheapest retinue (the Terracotta one), not to mention the fact that 1,000 extra pikemen won't really be much help against the 3,000 that Qalisha can put in the field anyway.

The only solution I can potentially see working is launching an immediate attack on the Coiled Covenant to take control of some territories off-shore and eventually rebuild from there. But the Coiled Covenant has roughly twice the forces I do, so that's unlikely in the extreme to work, especially while my home provinces are getting conquered by Nehekharans.

So, what gives? Am I missing something ridiculously obvious? Saving up for buildings seems like a fool's bargain because the building options for Cathayans suck, (even the Race Guide in the FAQ says so), there are no mercs available, so the only other use for money is even more useless than spending 250+ to get an extra 20-or-so heavy infantry, and given that you're the only Celestial ruler in the area, alliances are also right out.

Build the gunpowder building; it also gives retinue cap and unlocks powerful gunpowder retinues. You mostly have to hope the Tomb Kings get distracted fighting each other for a bit so you can get the retinue ball rolling.
