Chile had German advisors in the late 1800s and have kept doing things that way since then. So yes they did it under Pinochet (where parts of that video are from), but they also do it today.

OK, Back in the game. I would like to take this time to publicly berate the wolves for not hunting Npstr, who clearly was not interested in playing, and tried to get out of the game before it started, you sick animals. That being said, and Mulish Wag being Mulish Wag, I would like to see Wagonlitz survive for some period of time, and look at his analysis, assuming it isn't too verbose, in the later days of the game.
