Vote JCan

Because he JCan't come up with any suspects, probably because he already knows the role of everybody he's trying to lynch.
You're right. I can't come up with any cases other than Spock, because that's all there is really.

You're about to lynch a goodie (i.e. me). By doing so, those voting for me will be proven to have latched onto the convenient case on me in the absence of any other analysis.
I've explained my actions, and apologised for my stupidity.

Given the current situation I'll have to
Vote Spockyt
again, even though I think he's sounding more like a bumbling villager at the moment.

Furthermore, let the names of the current voters on me be known in order:

aedan
EURO
Rovsea
Health

Hmm.... Whilst the Sprocky TIE hour is suspicious, he did switch back. I wouldn't expect a wolf to try and dig themselves out of a wolf in the manner that Sprocket used. Now CanCan's flailing about and instant collapse to any degree of pressure is much more interesting. Given that he has acted oddly.

VOTE JCAN

@Wagonlitz Also Wagon, Hax voted RamRam in 186. I'm pretty sure that RamRam hasn't voted himself.
Gonna pile on another JCan vote, huh?

How is the case convenient if you yourself are generating the fuel for it? Are you accusing me of making you waffle back and forth on suspects because you don't feel any real commitment to voting people you know are just going to flip villager at deadline anyways?

I'm accusing you of putting the third vote on a villager.

That will become clear to everyone in the event I am lynched.

If you know of a better case then I'd be glad to follow it. The Sprocket case is jank at best and anything else is going to be interpreted as 'staying aside' or 'throwing my vote'. As such, yes I'm 'piling' on the reasonable case.

I thought the case on Ramius was fairly decent.

Putting a third vote on you cements you as a candidate for the Day... except we're already so far into the Day with such a spread vote that having just one candidate at this point is disgusting. I find you the most suspicious so I voted you, making sure you were in the lead.

Naturally, at this stage I'm willing to switch.

Unvote Spockyt
Vote ramius
You do realize why I'm voting you, yes?

Yes. You think I'm a wolf due to the fact I made a mistake, admitted my stupidity, apologised and changed my vote accordingly.
Changed your vote several times because you're afraid to commit to a vote you know will never catch a wolf. That I keep saying you know the roles of everybody, directly hinting that you're a wolf, doesn't seem to catch your attention, however.

Incidentally, it is by my calculations that this creates a TIE.

All I can say is that you are wrong, and you'll be proved wrong if/when I am lynched.

I've suggested going with the Spock case, as the case on him is just as good as the one on me, if not better. Like I have said though, he strikes me as more of a bumbling villager.

Switching to one of the 'single-voters' from yesterday is fine by me too (e.g. ramius).

What else can I say?

VOTE JCAN

Since thats the name popping up and I need to go see a professor before taking the time to actual read through this thread. I have nothing against you Jcan, this is a placeholder.

Vote Ramius.

I just can't forgive this post right now. Remember this was only 11 minutes before deadline, yet his reasoning is just that I voted Voyager.
Have you considered the possibility that I wasn't online until I cast that vote, and I cast that vote as soon as I showed up? I ended up missing the vote yesterday (and it seems today) in the Big because I checked in too late, so I assure you I ain't lurking.

In any case, a day 1 vote is a day 1 vote. I don't see why it being at the begining or the end makes any difference, since we arn't voting off of anything then.

Now this is confusing to me. Why is the Spockyt case "as good, if not better" if he's "just a bumbling villager" to you?

On a different note, do you think that wolves could just be sitting in the background letting the village kill themselves?

  • 'As good': because I'm bumbling, and Spock is bumbling too.
  • 'If not better': because I'm merely bumbling whereas he is both inconsistent in his explanation and bumbling.

Of course.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but I feel this is likely. Wagon, can we get a count?

Will give another count. And yes half third meant half of the third---i.e. 2.5. It's a standard way of counting.

Deadline's in 45 minutes. Now that the big deadline is up I need to go light a candle in the window. And find the 20:35 radio clip DR posted this year, just like every year.
