I have 2 questions
How many people are you looking to hire for QA, rougly?
What can applicants, who don't have previous QA experience, do to increase their chances; for example learn how to code and get a certificate for it, would that be helpful? I'm asking for future reference since I'm deducing the 'very competitive' description of the applicants pretty much rules out people who have no QA experience.
