Hello [Grognard]_JC, we don't ask people to remove negative reviews on Steam. When they have a technical problem, we answer them, suggest solutions and / or redirect them to the Support team, and follow-up. If the problem is solved by a patch, for example, we can inform them about the new update.
We basically don't answer to a negative review when it's the player's opinion, because we respect that, and we never ask to remove a review.
If you have a screenshot of the message from the team, I'm curious to see it.
Basically the only thing in this game that attracts me is the Campains... Currently working on a no-loss Campain(dumb ai kamikazes excluded)

So, yes technically you did not asked for a removal.
So why did I change my review to positive ? Because through your reply (no devl had ever answered to me before) you gave the impression that 1) you cared about the game (or the sales at that point) and 2) there was still room for improvement.
Now that there's clear proof this is not the case after 3 months (or tat you don't have the means to), I do feel I've been somehow manipulated (same as in original post).
I can't help but being harsh with you : the initial product looked so promissing !
Anyways, I'll keep the good review up. As I said, I keep some faith in you.
I find it a bit sad that you stop by this topic and only pin-point this very point while there's a mountain of problems(which I described, just as others did) to adress.

"Eugen came and asked me to remove my comment" sounds complete different then "We made a new patch could you give it a try and let us know if it worked for you" and Papa had to intervene.Altough ye its a shame that you have to report a gamebraking bug or lie to summon Eugens employers

I bought this game and I play it every evening so I can tell bigger and bigger lies on the forums.
Now that I'm completely discredited, plz do no longer take my suggestions and comments into consideration.
I'm done for wasting everybody's time here.

My dude, you flat out lied, a developer reaching out to someone who wrote a negative review and pointing out their gripes with the game have been fixed in a recent patch is nothing near them asking you to remove a negative review. In fact I'd say that's one of the few good things Eugen has done recently

To come back a little bit more to the topic, and without purpously lying this time, I played some games today and even green pings connexions seemed to experience some lagg. I hope tomorow patch will fix things for good.
Did you tried to lower a bit your game settings, it's hard to distinguish lagging and "ramming" in this game, a few guys had this issue before.
I know it's a solution, but as I usually play with clanmates we get the same lagg error from the same person and we discuss it.
However your remark could be true I suppose, in case I'm the host.
Maybe the game could be more stable if there was a way to monitor everybody's FPS while in game.
What's more the biggest problem yesterday was those people who do not fight to the end but just ragequit and leave their army to the AI. This ruins the game experience. And the earlier you ragequits the earlier you avenge/punsih your opponent because he will have to fight that damn AI. Clearly disgusting.
Or the guy who joined had a good "top ping" but low network stability, which happens in 4G ,or some areas badly served.
I do, 80Mbit down, 40Mbit up, 80-90ms ping. More than enough to host couple of games parallel if I could. Play egoshooter with it, no lag problem.
Ye,clearly disgusting .The moment i saw that this game will replace leavers with AI i tought about 3vs3,4vs4 Tournaments and how stupid it would be to play a 3vs3 and get disconnected from the game (not internet,because ye its happening since 2012 in Eugen games)and replaced by the AI .It would completely ruin the exp. imho.
The phrase AI is better then 50% of the playerbase dont fit in competitive games and there should be a lobby option -Replace disconnected players with AI : - YES - NO.
