What does this actually mean? It doesn't translate well to English, unless I'm missing something really obvious...

I presume it means they'll speak in Italian/Spanish/Russian instead of whatever they spoke before now. (99.99% sure the Nueve spoke French, can't remember if the other two just spoke German).

This seems obvious now, thanks. :D

I was really confused for a moment.

Thanks for the free update and added content. The new content (scenarios) looks interesting (not tried it yet) BUT (Sorry I know there is always a BUT) - only 1v1? - really?! - I want to play with my friends. I can and will play against ai or 1v1 for a bit but the fun, as always, and for many players, is playing with friends against other groups of players. Are there plans to roll this gameplay mode out to encompass bigger games?

Played an attack on Colombelles and it was interesting. There needs to be a mercy rule for the defender. I had to spawn camp the AI for a few minutes while waiting for the hold timer to tick down to 0. Slaughtering the phase C spawn in was pretty hilarious though.

You should make the ability to switch teams/play as defender more obvious. I was super confused about how to do that. For those who don't figure it out right away, you have to click yourself and hit the switch team button.

I like the all income at once system which surprises me as I hated it in WRD.

edit: Good update. Also sad about lack of balance pass, but it's cool.

So, some of the decks could definitely use work. There are some phase A cards that don't make sense any more and things like the phase B stuart discount are still there for 4ad's attack deck. However, I think Eugen has the right idea here, and I eagerly await refining the game mode.

Update feels messy, having to recreate battlegroups over and over gain, almost one for each attack/ defend scenario, which then suddenly come up under my normal battlegroups, Scenarios reload like they are mods made by players instead of being nicely integrated into the game.... why why why could those scenarios not use existing battlegroups... I dont like to have multiple battlegroups for flavor_1, flavor_2, this makes it just hard to play the battlegroup I like in the constellation I like. Dont need 10 times 91. Luftlande, one for skirmish, one for attack, one for defend, one for multiplayer. HELL NO...

The useability of the user interface has taken a deep dive!

I had hoped for some balance corrections of existing divisions aswell. Okay, probably not the scope of this patch but when will it be adressed? There's a reason everyone and their mother are playing 4th AD right now, would be nice to see more varied allied deckchoice again.

Agreed here. 4th AD is no-brainer choice now. Maybe, scots too. Germans are in worse situation too.

Well, cool ideas and thanks for the free content!

But I have some points (some allready mentioned here):
- breakthrough secenarios are loaded as a mod
- how to choose for attack / defend in breakthrough is not clear
- biggest drawback is that one cannot play the new scenarios together with a friend (maybe this is what they planned for the coop update)
- i hoped for some new steam achievements with the breakthrough mode

DLC is always OP when first released. It entices people to purchase. Once the sales slow down they'll balance it. I don't agree with this business practice but I'm yet to encounter a developer who doesn't do this.

Despite updating my mods, I cannot play a scenario with the mod. When you launch a scenario, the game tries to relaunch the game, unloading my mod, and loading the default game again.

I can't see any way of playing the attack and defend scenarios with my mod.
