hullo im having some difficulty with the imperial administration law,everytime i pass it it goes back on feudal administration for what i m i dont know.Also this may be related or not but i removed the titular restriction on the law cause not having a concil for that long is way too hard on me.
Im playing as a muslim ruler.

The mod most likely checks periodically whether your title is titular or not and if it finds that it's titular it reverts to Late Feudal. You'd have to change that code too.

Also, what do you mean not having a council?

I mean the additional 2 councils position cause i play with quartered demesne and unless i have a character with great dip there will be a lot of revolt,the council help prevent them from going to those faction.And idk if i should close the thread but i waited 50 years and finally my empire is no longer titular(i was afraid it would be 100).
