@Dizzy_XC - @don Zappo has the right of it. I only left that file as a way for people to manually swap out the MDD.db, if they are using an older version of ModTek, or prefer to do it that way (though they will then need to change the mod.json files in all the sub folders to the '-NoCampaign' versions.
ModTek will comb through all sub-folders in the Mods folder and any that have appropriately coded mod.json files will be added to the MetadataDatabase.db file that it creates. This is created and stored in the Mods folder, and if you swap out mods, you may want to delete it and allow ModTek to work its magic on the leftover mods.
