The way I see it, there is not much more to say. Everyone has made their case, and I've already made up my mind.
I think we should keep discussing
The more activity the more likely the wolf will out himself
I hate to waffle but surely only a wolf can be certain on his vote?

Its more that, on the final day, switching about votes and having long winded diatribes is more likely to muddy the waters and lead to the wrong result than anything else. Sure, one outcome is the wolf incriminates themself: another outcome is that the wolf weasles their way out, and/or sews division and confusion amongst the remaining two villagers.
I'm a huge fan of wildly switching votes before end day, but on the last day that's more likely to end in a wrong call than anything else.

I'm far from certain, but at this point stubborness pays off.

Only a Sith deals in absolutes!

gosh darn it stop changing my mind

Exactly! :p

A lack of activity will only benefit the wolf when the state of affairs left stagnant have me as the leader in votes, as I am a villager. Neither of you have really presented a counter to my point that if I was a wolf day 2 would not have gone as badly as it did for the wolves, and the hunt on Capage at the least wouldn't have gone through.

I'll also say that brovahkiin contacted me by PM a few hours ago expressing concern that Ramius was too content to let the votes stand as they were, and that Ramius may be the final wolf. I had been thinking along similar lines myself, but there was little I could do about it. If I shifted from Brovahkiin to Ramius in my attacks, I could be presented as merely trying any tactic to get someone other than myself lynched, as a wolf might. However since Brovahkiin already had a good outcome with me being lynched if he was a wolf, it is odd for him to express concern over the matter. A wolf would be content to sit around now that the votes have settled on a villager, while a villager might remain anxious. A wolf would be acting therefore, like Ramius, and a villager, like Brovahkiin.

Brovahkiin seems to have shifted his opinion back to trusting Ramius and doubting me, but I don't see a reason for a wolf to put up such a charade, and so I'm now considering Ramius to be the final wolf.

Unvote Brovahkiin Vote Ramius

Unvote Brovahkiin Vote Ramius
I'm having a lot of trouble making up my mind right now
unvote aedan
its a lot of pressure knowing I have to pick the right one of you two or the wolfs will win and its all my fault

You do intend to actually vote before deadline, right?

aedan777: 1
ramius3443

ramius3443: 1
aedan777

Not voted: 1
@brovahkiin

ten to deadline, please vote

@brovahkiin Please tell me you're planning to snipe.

Unvote Ramius Vote Brovahkiin

Because letting someone win on the last day by avoiding a choice is worse than letting a wolf win.

I'm ok with this
EDIT wait i'm an idiot, that won't be a three way

I imagine I'll take some flak for this, but I'm electing to count this vote by GM prerogative. Nobody should be able to win by not voting.

brovahkiin, a villager, was lynched
aedan777, a villager, was lynched

Game ends in WOLF victory!
ramius3443 survives to win

It was a perfectly legit strategy
I knew one of the two was a wolf
Letting them tie so i was guaranteed a wolf made sense to me

*facepalm*

Ramius, did you intend to make that 4-way-tie day 2?

Legit, but leaves a bad taste in one's mouth afterwards.

I dunno if Arkasas would've auto-lynched you, but I'd probably would have.

Or sub you out to whomever was first in the sub list, but considering I had personal stake in such an outcome...

One missed vote isn't an autolynch
And accepting a vote that was post deadline and changing the rules to change the outcome of the game because you don't like the way it would have been otherwise
Sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth

I would invite you at this juncture to contemplate the following rules.

§9. - The GM can and will remove players if the GM believes the player is not participating at his/her full capacity. This will be done through the use of killing the player's role, or using substitutes, if they are available. All such decisions are made solely at the discretion of the GM. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE GAME IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE.

§6A. – The Game Moderator has the last word on all matters.

You are correct in that the letter of the law does not forbid your stratagem. However, in my judgment (and that of aedan and alxeu, it should seem) the spirit of the law forbids it. Moreover, allowing this to occur would set a horrific precedent; namely that this behavior would be considered acceptable, which would open the door for it happening in every Mexican standoff from here on. I cannot, in good conscience, allow that to happen. I welcome discussion on this matter, but I feel I have chosen the lesser evil.

And i feel that bending the rules of the game to change the outcome because you don't like the outcome or the strategy used to get it is a violation of the golden rule of GM impartiality.
I would rather you autolynched so i didn't win for it but the GM taking the win from one player and giving it to another player is an equally horrible precedent

I wasn't quite sure what the count was at the time, my main objective was to just get claude lynched rather then autolynched (mainly because Jackson asked me too in the Wolf Lair). I however found the possibility of a four way tie, or even just a three way one, hillarious and was willing to die to see that.

Btw, I wasn't even aware Wagon was my pack mate when I voted him, and I wasn't aware he was when I moved to jeray (after trawling for a funny sounding reason to vote someone else, without realizing it was evidently a day 1 reason). In truth, Wagon was really was just a place holder, rather then an intended alibi.

And yes Aedan, my desire for limited discussion today was precisely to avoid "Foot-in-mouth" syndrome from manifesting so close to the end point. Though that would be a desire villager me would have as well, since villager me is also known for that. Expressing that however seems to have been that very manifestation....

For the record, all hunts from Heath forward were by my specification: Alynkio was offed on Jackson's orders, and the rest were by the "bottom top" base order set by Wagon. Health was killed because he was an onvious villager who was far too familiar with me/my schedule to leave alive, Scooby was lynched because he had previously voiced concerns about me and would make for a harder lynch then either Brovakhiin or Aedan. I intentionally mentioned how I found Aedan's survival curious the previous day to give me a line of attack the following day, albeit I didn't expect it to work and mainly planned to lynch Brovakhiin/Jeray (who I knew i compared favorably too).

I also found it sporting to keep the best analyzer in till the end.

Agreed, it goes against the spirit of the game if not voting/zombeing becomes the default way of winning. We have enough problem's with no votes as it is.
