Anyone got resources on 1400 maps per region that are 3rd level or even 2nd? If not 15th century with notations on difference be great. I also don't mean game maps, actual maps. I'm making my own and want to do it right.

What are 3rd and 2nd level maps?

Maps of what? Do you mean maps of world political borders in 1400?

Thomas Lessman's World History Maps site is a good resource, good enough for Wiki to use his work regularly at least. Although they aren't detailed regional maps and some of the border choices are a bit odd or unexplained. Like the weird circular borders around kingdoms in Africa for instance.

3rd is province/county with major cities, 2nd countries... 4 be minor cities and roads, 5th be towns/villages. 5th be small villages, 6th be hamlet's, 7th "gathering" normally 35 sq miles, 8th (which I'm making) is 7x7miles

Nations cities villages, etc... For every region I can get. Also trying to get international date line right...

So large one can count the trees on them ?

No, so I can have a proper scaling to do 7x7 miles and be accurate in placement of resources materials and cultures
