As far as i'm aware all of the console editions have Utopia, Leviathans and the species pack.
But it seems not to come with the launch of the game for console sadly .
Let me jump in here quickly. 
The initial plan for the game on consoles is the base game + the first 3 DLCs - Plantoids, Leviathans and Utopia.
That said, we're happy to see that the reception from players and reviews are positive, so a long term support is likely and definitely something we'd love to do. In the end, this *is* a Paradox game, and whether it's on PC or consoles, it's supposed to be supported for a long time. So with that in mind, 2.2 and MegaCorp are a little distant, but a goal for development on consoles as well.

Yes please keep up the support after utopia. Dont ditch the console players after utopia.
I really love this game. I had a pc and this was my favorite game but pc died. So i am really happy to see this game released on console. Thank you so much paradox and tantalus but i am also little bit concerned about the dlc list because i really liked apocalypse and distant stars dlcs. Please bring that out on console to.
I hope this gets better support than Pillars of Eternity Complete edition for console, which still had bugs that were fixed in the PC version years ago. Really disappointed how the game was abandoned.
Yes I also hope we will make it to Megacorps and beyond that. I really like this game. Now that I understand how the game works the expansion packs start to make sense. I can't wait for Utopia but I hope expansion packs will keep arriving after that as well.
