The thing is that everyone here, even those "hero" scum knows kung fu. So really, the question you should be asking yourself is whether a cat that knows kung fu is more likely to be a warlord, or a hero. I think we all know the answer to that one.
The way I do 16 player games is enter the list of 16 players into a list randomizer and the first 4 people are wolves. Then enter a list of 12 remaining players+dummy player into list randomizer and the first result is the seer. Dummy player is then hunted and if he wasn't seer the seer gets a random scan from the 16 players who aren't seer
