I go to the land armies for Stellaris, and its for 2.2, Does anyone have a resource for land armies for Console? Like the kind of unit you can get, what tech you need to research etc?

I go to the land armies for Stellaris

What does this even mean? Where "do you go"?
If you mean search the web generally, then you'd need to filter/search for older articles/guides/posts around the PC 1.7 time frame (or new stuff that explicitly mentions the console edition).

If you mean the Stellaris wiki (sadly, the closest thing we have to a manual) then a work around is to use the page history to look at an old page. E.g.: for the "Land Warfare" wiki page either the page from 29 October 2017 or from 3 December 2017 seem applicable (strictly speaking the former is for 1.6 and the later 1.8 and neither quite matches the current console edition; the later includes number of small fix/corrections that makes me prefer it and it's reasonably easy to spot the parts that don't apply).

Somewhere in these forums a Paradox employee mentioned they were working/thinking about changes to wiki to support the console version (either a separate wiki, separate pages on the same wiki, and/or separate sections on the relevant pages).

Are you talking about the armies you can create on the planet? Either defensive or attack? Open up the planet and tab (R1 on PS4) till you see the armies tab.. That's if that is what you are thinking about

I got you Super.

First there's your basic armies that you have, then depending on your ethics you'll either have slave or clone armies next with the required tech Neural Dampeners and Clone Vats respectively. The third or fourth army type you can get is dependent on tech luck, it could be Xeno Calvary with the Xenomorph Warfare tech or Gene Warriors. Researching Droids and Synthetics also give robotic and android assault/defensive armies.

Thanks guys! Seems like I need some tech to be able to get additional units. I'm at 2350, and I still have not had Synth tech or any of those other techs pop up. Also still waiting on uplift tech!

It's all up to RNGesus, however to get synthetics you'll need to research Sapient AI under phyisics first before Synthetics shows up. The rest are society research that you need gene points before Gene Warriors and the Life Booster before Clone Vats.
