Public transport not working on ps4

Public transport no longer works in one of several ways. Nobody takes the train, trams, metro, etc. It worked fine before the 7.00 update, but it doesn't work after the update. Is this a known bug? Or does someone have tips?

I’m currently building a city that has 3 train stations and a route among the three to shuttle people around, plus the trains that come from off the map and I have a TON of people that use my trains. Gobs of people standing on the platforms at all times. I also play on PS4.

I’d say either your game file got corrupted or you made a change to your city where the people don’t want to use your trains anymore for transportation.

Aha, I think my game file got corrupted. I created a touristed/leisure district and no one is going there by train. In the same district no one is using trams etc. Thanks for the reply.

I think I have the same problem. All my train stations are being used except my two End Stations, no one will go there. Can't get anyone to use the trams either. How do we fix a corrupted file? Anyone know?
