Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
for some reason Karl keeps granting and revoking the county of Jurich, every time he revokes it he goes over his demise limit so has to give it out again. Also he formed the HRE and the succession says "Princely Elective" I thought it was supposed to go to his kids, if he has any, and stay in the family? The chain revoking pisses off all his vassals and then he will usually go into war w/ the Saxons and promptly lose his army, so everyone joins a faction for some random duke who somehow has a claim on the HRE even though Karl himself created it and civil war ensues.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
in the save game that I'm going to upload, play until he finishes whatever war he is in and watch the chain revoke happen, once out of 10 tries this didn't happen and I was able to play the game without the revoke spam (I like to keep tabs on the big players of the time)

With that much vassal opinion malus, it's likely that when he grants the title to a vassal, a check triggers to revoke title from an unfriendly landed vassal. A vicious cycle.
