Budget when in unlimited money mode

Am I missing something or is there a bug in the budgets when playing in unlimited money mode?

So this I my first city with unlimited money on.
And even though I have unlimited money I’d like to think my city’s budget is in the green.

But I really had trouble making money, so I decided to check into it. And as you can see, the budget window clearly shows a surplus even though in the main screen it’s shows a negative money flow.

Am I missing something??

I am playing on Xbox one x with all dlc’s

You sure you aren't looking at the population instead of the money? All looks to be in the green to me (usually if you get negative income it's because your parks aren't generating money for some reason)

No I’m not looking at the population.
I probably should have clarified more.
I have deleted two of the images, the images that are left are taken at the same time, only one is taken in the budget panel and the other at the main screen.

If you look closely, you can see even though it’s in the green in the main screen, it should be even more in the green if you look at the budget panel.
The total income - total expense is around $64.000, and it shows way less in the main screen.

I am aware that in this particular moment I am making money, but this is only because it’s taken in night time, where my budget are turned way down in night time.

I have played many hours with no cheats turned on, and have never stumbled upon this before.

Generally the income/expenses shown in the Economy View are updated much slower than the green/red value on your info bar. I've noticed this during gameplay on my end.
