Well, for a long time that I was not reviewing the full code of the mod, so the list was big...

Next Friday you can expect new stuff in terms of Lord Spiritual content and a special targeted decision that allows the player (and the AI) to select the first wife in polygamous societies. Expect the spurned ex first wife to have reasons to cause trouble... ;)

You are absolutely right. From now on characters with regencies cannot experience Debates. Expect it to be available next Friday.

Fixes & Tweaks:

- Increased the chance of committing murder against the husband for former first wives that were downgraded to secondary wives
- Increased the chance of committing murder against the new first wife for former first wives that were downgraded to secondary wives
- Expanded Framed events to point out if a character was framed by lies and deceit or by his/her own actions (depends on number of sins and virtues)
- Debates cannot be experienced if the realm has a regent (no more 7 year olds debating matters of state!)

New Content:

- Implemented a targeted decision in polygamous societies for a character to pick a first wife
- Started implementation of Lord Spiritual events (incomplete)

How did spymaster/council member murdering your children/family members and wives work?
I keep noticing my sons/daughters/siblings/wives murdered, and I was curious why this keep happening and use the console find out it's done mostly by spymaster occasionally by other council member.
The thing is all my council member have 100 opinion toward me, so why do they keep undermine my dynasty? What's the trigger?

There's no additional chance of murdering for Spymasters / Councillors. They act like any other character. What you are seeing is either a big fluke or due to another mod.
 
I've been adding some more stuff to the Lord Spiritual Councillor event pool. This week its something like this:

Fixes & Tweaks:

- Fixed the tooltip of the "Appalling [STAT]" modifiers to display the correct value of the stat in the text (it's 4, not 5)
- Added negative modifiers to the chance of the AI deciding to murder someone based on positive opinion (at 25, 50 and 75)
- Increased the impact of the "Reduced" frequency on Stability game rule (it may be unbalanced, turning the intrigue decisions too powerful, though)
- Fixed the localization in the Stutter genetic event for parents/educators. Was describing the wrong deficiency.
- When appointing a new first wife she will become infatuated with the husband for 5 years
- Fixed the probabilities of the Chancellor to promote a new alliance for the Liege. The unmodified chances were stacked against success 41:1!
- Added an event I forgot about for failure when the Chancellor promoted a new alliance for the Liege. Failure lead to no feedback.
- Changed a description for the event about the Lord Spiritual recruiting a talent for the court to better fit the effects
- Fixed modifiers to murder chance of spurned ex first wife. Clause was never valid.
- Reduced by 20% the amount of unmodified murder attempts. Not related to success chance, that is unchanged.

New Content:

- Added a new event series to the Lord Spiritual events
 
Hey, I just noticed, that sometimes I got an event that, for example, my son got a genetic trait, but I just don't get that trait. My son should get "burly" and "infertile" (I got a popup event for that) but when i go to his character screen these traits are missing. Is this working as intended ? I use "deleyed genetic trait" game rule of course.

That depends on how HIP defines the traits and how you have setup the relevant HIP rule. There are some traits that are hidden and that is what you are seeing - or NOT seeing! - there.
 
This week has been calm in terms of bugfixes, but in terms of development I continue to delve into de new events dedicated for the Lord Spiritual. So, depending on some of the traits and Learning, the players can now learn a trick or three that can help them to be better rulers. The event has four several distinct results...

As a child, you can murder back someone who tries to murder you. The event for a child murder should be different from the adult one. Maybe the child could call for help and get the murderer killed/imprisoned.

So, what I ended up doing was if the target is a child and landed his/her regent traits will influence whether the would be murderer is pursued. If the target is a child but not landed his/her liege stats will influence whether the would be murderer is pursued.

- AI now knows how to pick a meaningful focus considering the "Appalling..." modifiers it has
- Fixed Smuggler Operation that could be taken multiple times, independently of already existing
- Realm Intrigue of 30 does not give a bonus to murder chance anymore (bonus starts at 35 as that is the first level of realm bonus)
- A Just or Honest character can now take the Smuggler Operation decision. He/she will see its chances of success hindered because of the presence of those traits
- The Stewardship of the spymaster is not contributing to the success of the Smuggler Operation anymore when the decision is taken. It continues to be a factor for the Smuggler Operation through event
- The Realm Intrigue score is now a factor for the success of the Smuggler Operation when taken through decision.
- Fixed some dynamic text in a murder localization
- When the subject of a discovered and failed murder attempt and as a child, if landed, the Regent traits will decide whether to pursue the would be murderer. If not landed the Liege takes the place of the regent


New Content:

- Added a new event series to the Lord Spiritual events

This week I am closing the new stuff for Lord Spirituals and I detailed a meeting arranged by him between his Liege and the Religious Head (interaction only available if the Liege's religion has a Religious Head):

- When as a child the player suffers an unsuccessful murder attempt and discovers the would be murderer, a negative opinion modifier against the culprit is added and a flag gets cleaned
- The modifier "Wrong Government" applied to Republican holdings outside the capital province is now called "Republican Liability".
- Fixed localization bug in third option of event that offers the possibility of new talented individual to be added to the court by the Lord Spiritual
- Made invisible a random list that was generating a poor tooltip in the decision to order the Overseer to plan a province mission
- Fixed a grammatical error in the text of the event "A Disaster in the Making"

- Finished the Chancellor events with the last event pool dedicated to the Lord Spiritual
