Iam just newbie play eu4, my latest patch is golden Century.
I play as shimazu daimyo. Japan is far east so institution spread was so long, so i force develop my province till it institution spawn (renaissance), is that worth?

After i Embrace an institution i begin to insult all neighbor so they can't learn my institution fastly.

Then i pirate Beijing node for income but Ming mad at me and always declare war to me when she has chance. Thought i always win because my navy were better but the war tool much time, and anyone help me about those 2 problems, the institution and Ming?

Institution pushing is something a East Asian country has to do for the first ones like Renaissance, colonialism and printing press. It does benefit you economically aswell so its not as bad, but i suggest lower dev provinces for pushing as the economic boost is allways useful.

Obviously when you annoy ming they will declare war when they feel stronger than you. Mostlikely they are also your rivals, the main way to keep them from attacking is to be a stronger nation or have enough troops that they feel that an attack is not worth it. Allies can also help you with that problem.

When first time ming declare war to me my army just 12k with lower mil tech than Ming, no chance to win land battle. But my fleet won the sea. But ming always continue declare war after truce over.

About allies, i think no one like pirate to be friend, no alliance offer for me. How can i get alliance with strong nation to prevent Ming attack? I try to pirate Beijing, Raid ming coast, Scor insult in order to get Ming rival simpaty

Is that worth to pick Naval and maritime ideas group as pirate republic? Because shimazu already had good millitary adv from national ideas and from gov form.

It depends on your situation, maritime is an okay idea, issue is i come from a mp standpoint mostly so i overly favor military ideas. But in general you should never neglect mil tech unless you can really afford it, also your main focus as a japanese nation should be to unite your island in order to grow in power, japan has 2 gold provinces spawn by event which will be a good boost to your economy additionally to your piracy.

Ming will very likely continue to wage war on you and theres little you can do besides like i said gaining a stronger land army, technology and allies.
It doesnt mean you have to incase the wars with ming arent too bad on your side, I am curious what cb they use as you can possibly squeeze some money out of them in order to fuel your own economy and building projects.

If i form Japan i will lose my pirate republic?

Actually Japan almost united only Kyushu island that owned by my, rest of Japan already united by uesugi. If i conquer uesugi it Will take long time, also need many adm power, also my army not very strong, yet my navy can hold them from passing strait. But i think conquer uesugi still good option

Ming declare war on trade war cb, i many Times by block Beijing and other their coast province. I take many Ducat and reparation from Ming. Tho war with Ming took long time because i cant win land battle, i try land army but got rekt immidetly, 12k of my army vs 43 ming army. My army Morales above Ming but greatly outnumber.

I think it's much worth if i colonize south east Asia than try to Conquer Ming, what do you think?

I dont know your overall situation, but i am actually quite worried about that state of japan. But in the end you play yourself so i am not the person to make that decision. I got too little knowledge on the map and such^^
