You were getting ready for another day to flex your inquisitive muscles to find out who among you is a centrist, when apparently one fell right into your lap. Not very surprising, since centrists are the dumbest political ideologies after all. You took direct action and lynched Capage, who was a centrist.
That night, despite catching a centrist, another legitimate political ideology died. It was Bear Identitarianism, and with it gone it is only a matter of time before all bears die out and are replaced.

There will be a 22-hour forum outage starting in... 2-3 hours? IIRC it usually comes up earlier than planned, but it'll probably still be down at deadline tomorrow.

Given that, Avy has been the most obviously wolfish in-thread, but just as obviously he's cleared unless Cap was idiotically running Avy's masterplan from after a seer hunt five days early. We can revisit that if he and BarkyBarkistanistan continue not to get hunted. Seer should probably search other people in the meantime and come back to them later, though, and we should ignore them since anyone else is a higher probability target at the moment.
For what it's worth, seer, I'm also just a villager and a low value scan.
Hopefully that will make the wolves think I'm the seer now and buy you guys an extra day. I assume last night may have been the wolves confusing Bark like I did above. More likely it could have been a timing issue for the pack, which will presumably correct it and might be something to come back to. On the other hand, it is best practice for the wolves to have a completely hands'-off game agreed on in advance and also probable that the GM is allowing them to use such a "backup list" since that's bog standard these days.
That would make today essentially a random walk, in which case we might as well clear out the 'charmingly ironic wolf' characters.

Possible way how this can work: we currently have 2 cleared players and (maybe extra) the seer. The seer could contact Arky or me, and we can publish whoever is cleared. The wolves then can choose whether they want to stay 1 step behind the expanding JL, or if they want to go hunt for the seer (who's name we obviously wouldn't publish, or might sneak in later).
And yes I'm aware that tactic is mostly about also making it less attractive for the wolves to hunt me. In the meantime:

Are we now going to run up alxeu everyday? Though, he did make a grave mistake of RPing around Capage's slip. Even digging deeper with the comment on Arky/Avernite being quasi-cleared.
To play devil's advocate - what if Capage's self-outing was intentional, making Arky and Avernite appear cleared? Lure in the seer, avoid him scanning yourself?
Not that this is terribly likely, but It could be a rather effective tactic.
That said, I don't see anyone more promising right now, given that day one was "lost" to an early outing.

Not convinced on the alxeu case, and seems like a way for lazy voters, and potentially wolves, to pass the day. Unfortunately Capage outed himself so early day 1 that there's not much to actually go off of for evidence.
I'm also exceptionally suspicious towards Avernite's incredibly dumb plan to have the seer contact him so they can publish the names of all the cleared goodies in the open. That's just giving the wolves a pre-prepared "hunt here" list, as well as possibly giving away the seer. If Capage's revealing post hadn't indicated a desire to hunt Avernite, I'd be voting to lynch him right now for this awful suggestion. As it is, I'm now somewhat paranoid that this was a ploy by the wolves to clear Avernite. I mean, why wouldn't Capage even try to edit away his mistake post after he found out? It wasn't a vote post so fair game to be edited. And boy, sure is convenient that Avernite just happened to be around two minutes later to quote it and get in a vote on Capage?
Honestly I've half a mind to just vote him now, but I suspect there'd be backlash to that, and maybe I'm being too paranoid.
For now then I'll follow the vote on Yvanoff for being a lazy alxeu vote follower.

What would Capage stand to win from this though ? Avernite would ask "hey Capage, mind losing the game to make me win ?" and Capage would be all like "oh, ok, sure !" ? I guess Capage is a nicer person than I thought he was
Who knows why wolves do what they do?
Anyway, I agree that the case on alxeu looks flimsy at best, and it has just turned into a bandwagon. Yvanoff is a superior candidate.
