Get the drivers directly from Nvidia how I'm not able to take this laptop apart and no skills in that sense

You can just select your GPU from the list and install the drivers from Nvidia. You hve a Geforce 820M. But the auto-detect should probably work too.

Youll have to get them directly from Nvida. Usually laptops ship with the "OEM speciifc drivers". Lenovo basically updates those drivers "never" so they are technically up to date, in the sense of "we have never actually touched these drivers in half a decade". Thus its better to update your drivers directly from Nvidia. You may have to uninstall the existing drivers first, then install hte Nvidia ones.
as far as i know like around 2015 nivida dropped support for a bunch of their cards, so there is literally no new driver updates for a lot of cards anymore.

Yeah I double checked that first, if you manually select the Geforce 820M for Windows 8.1 there are drivers from 2019. Which are gonna be better than the ones from 2015 he's got.

Nvidia dumped support for all their "non dx11 cards". Basically anything under a GTX 400-series (as the GTX400 was Nvidia's first DX11 card). But the OP's got a 820M which is still supported
