The game is alive and well. Most news updates are sent out to backers via Kickstarter. There's also a very active Discord server for the game, in which the developers constantly post updates.
Why does Paradox have a forum if the Devs post news only on Discord or other places instead???

Keep in mind that rules are still work in progress, so not everything you see in the thread will necessarily reflect final rules. But man it has been a blast to play.
