You might want to explain in a bit better detail.
What was your projected income? What was the beginning and end date? What was the exact dollar figure between beginning and end.
This is the first time many of us have heard of this problem, so the most important point is whether or not you can replicate it to ensure it wasn't an understandable thing like the game was on pause.

I honestly don't understand how you're finding difficult to understand....
I was off of the game it still resuming 5 months went by in-game 0 money came back to the game was on 5 minutes received $228
Like how could you not piece that together?

When someone has trouble understanding, it is the individual asking the question who has the obligation to clarify the situation. Not act shocked because they didn't communicate the problem in an effective way.
Allow me to repeat: 'This has not yet been reported by any other players. Can you replicate it again, or was this a one time issue' and 'during the June to Nobember time frame, what was your projected income in game?'
The only reason I was shocked was because if you read what I said you would've known that it was paused because I said "5 in game months" to me if 5 months passes in a game then it isn't paused and I apologies how I reacted but it just shocked me that you saw "5 in game months" and one of your comments was about an accidental pausing I apologies for how I spoke
If it ever does happen again I'll make sure to let you know
