How to turn off annoying camera zooming at colonists?

Hi,

TLDR -> Is there any feature, that will turn off that annoying camera zoom at colonists every single time, when I need to manage them?

The thing is annoying when you have to manage not a single but 2+ colonists from same building to another building, and your camera is always flying elsewhere than you want to look (where you want to move your citizens.) You have to move that camera back every single time and it is frustrating.
Eg. I want to move kids from nursery A to nursery B but it is pain in my ass when camera is doing a flyby every time I change a person that is focused. Therefore I let them die rather to manage them. It is easier to kill them then move. Literally! But it is not a funny thing though.

Exactly that. Or when you click on the head, then switch the head with the arrow, to the next colonist.

EDIT>
Or when you click on the briefcase signalising the unemployed colonist. It will immediately move you to him, that is a bug not a feature. I want to select him/her, and directly move that person to my desired destination, on which I am looking at.

I already gave you an award points via Steam. Even than I did not own this game at Steam, only at Epic store, with every dlc. (I bought all of them yesterday, little bit sad, cuz I like steam achievements, cards and workshop, etc., butt, main point is, that I own that game somewhere, and I can colonize and terraform the Mars - this game is amazing.)

And I did found your mod at the Paradox workshop so I could add it directly via In-Game menu. SO Thank You very much!!!
