I really want to enjoy this game but I keep coming across hurdles that I just can't seem to figure out, all the tutorials for the more advanced stuff seem very minimum and there are no easily accessible guides online anywhere on how to do past the basics. 10 hours in and I still don't know how to identify a mole in my team, attack a racket/safehouse with another mob, do absolutely anything with my lieutenant and other cool mechanics that should be a lot of fun. I can't seem to find a single guide through Google or Youtube that walks you through without having to watch someone's entire gameplay stream just to figure out a mechanic. Please atleast more advanced stuff could you put out some sort of online text guides or something to help with stuff like that. This is a really fun game and I really want to enjoy it but it's making me feel like an idiot for not being able to figure this stuff out. Thanks to anyone taking the time to read this.

The stuff you're asking about is pretty straightforward.
how to identify a mole in my team
Preceding the Mole event there's an event that there's money missing or a building got destroyed, this is the biggest hint as each type of gangster does a specific thing as a mole. Aside from that it's a 1/X choice depending on how big your crew is, how are your loyalties & morale, whom do you trust to accuse the right person.
attack a racket/safehouse with another mob
Factions will mark Rackets they're planning to attack, place your mark on it, travel there (and take out the exterior guards), wait for the Squads of the AI factions to show up. Attack the building, everybody nearby will be pulled into the combat.
do absolutely anything with my lieutenant
Your lieutenant is assigned to a Safehouse and provides a global bonus to a district/neighbourhood. Not sure what you expect them to do?

You probably want to watch Critically Clueless though, they have a bunch of guides that are exactly what your looking for I think.
