For some reason I cant click anything in the area for colonization. So I cant change my capital, build holy sites, or colonize new areas. Am i just an idiot ? I try to click the button (When I meet the conditions of course) but nothing hapens

You click on "the man with the donkey" button that is in the province view, correct? If all requirement are fulfilled you will also get the notification on the top of your screen (were notification usually pop up). Do you see there the same notification?
Is the majority religion and culture integrated in the province the colonisation comes from?
Yup. I left click the notification, try to right click the man with the donkey and nothing happens . If i double click it it highlights the text box but nothing else. Also nothing in that same box works, so I cant change my capitols ether.
Unfortunately this seems like a bug. If you are able to see the notification on the top of your screen it seems you fulfille all the prerequisites to colonise. In the past or in other runs were you able to colonise?
