Stockpile for POPs

there should be a button to give access to the stockpile for the POPs, but there isnt one.

Can someone explain that?

Only in the base game. Not with expansions.

Do you know why this Button was removed with the expansions? How can stockpile be accessed by POPs/factories now?

IIRC, it was removed because it was extremely buggy and can cause economy to crash. Certain mod like HPM adds it back with condition that you can only use it when trade for every goods is being done automatically, otherwise the aforementioned problem will happen.

So you will have to do stuff like Stockpile certain goods -> Set everything to auto -> Click allow POPs to buy from stockpile button -> Disable it when you want to stockpile more/other goods
Rinse and repeat.

the Government stockpile is used for what your started building yourself (factory and railroad) and Military. The Projects will still use market. Factory input will use market.

But sometimes the game doesn't auto buy. There is an advice to put every military goods to manual buying, and factory maintainance good too, just in case they help prevent the bug.

Not precisely anymore.
As gonalifa said above, something to do with unbalancing the economy.
Lots of potential reasons come to mind.

How can stockpile be accessed by POPs/factories now?

They can't, as Cavalry more or less said above already.
The stockpile is for your own building projects and military unit creation and maintenance.

i thought I could stock goods for my factories this way. Then is this obsolete.
