Form Cilicia

Hello,

Has anyone ever successfully formed Cilicia? I've taken it as a personal goal and I've tried a few different approaches, but I've run out of ideas.

1) Started playing as Lalasia or Olbe, but those are countries which main culture is Lalasian, therefore Cilicia cannot be formed and provinces that are Cilician will in time assimilate to Lalasian culture (unless there is a way to change your primary culture? If there is let me know)
2)Started as Antigonid kingdom and released Cilicia as a client state - I have not found a way to play as them (I know you can do it in other GS games), but this is the only way I know how to make a country's primary culture Cilician. I've tried reintegrating the whole Cilicia later, but it's still not possible to take the decision to form it.
3) Started as Seleukid Empire - same problems as above

According to the wiki, Cilicia is a formable country, but I see no way to form it in the game. Have you done it? Let me know how!

You have to start the game in mp and select them that way.

Really annoying workaround but i think thats the only way since you cant change primary culture.

The only general way to change your primary culture is to get take over by a barbarian horde. However, since there are no Cilician-cultured barbarian strongholds, you can't adopt Cilician culture and form Cilicia this way. I think it's impossible to form by a player without console commands, but you could have it created by an AI if you release a client state with a Cilician-cultured capital and feed it the right territories.

It is formable by IA vassals but not by player in ironman mode. It's a shame...
