I have a route (Dallas) on which is shown a left over demand of 550 Economy, 192 business, 85 1st class. I have this left over demand on every day in the week. Now I wanted to shedule a flight plan with an aircraft with 320 economy seats, 45 business and 9 first class seats. So I offer less seats than the demand is. But after sheduling the flight, the left over demand is -90 economy, 102 business and 67 first class seats. How is this possible? Why isn't the left over demand not reliable? I have made an audit to check the demand. but there still are those mismatches?

I think the left over demand is for both destinations Point A and B. The 550 Economy, 192 business, 85 First class are for both Point A and B. That is why, when you scheduled an Aircraft of 320 economy seats, 45 business and 9 First Class that would account for 640 economy, 90 business and 18 First class From Point A to Point B and vice-versa. Always consider Back and Forth routes when configuring your Aircraft.
