I log in and notice I have 800k new recruits overnight. Adding around 50% to my total staff. No new aircraft or routes, just a massive jump in staffing. Guess an algorithm has changed somewhere to reduce my structural profit? Anyone else see the same?

You might have put a bulk aircraft order and when you got them delivered, the recruits increased
No, wasn't that. I recently bought a new hub but all the new recruits are spread across all my existing hubs as well. Weird
