Performance Issue

No population, no building, no extras just a default large map and it's using 100% GPU. The game is running on Steam and my system hardware is R7-5800H and RTX-3060 with 16 GB of ram.
With quite a few DLCs and no mod.

Please attach here the game log C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

The latest game version has all updated drivers, playing the game on a custom map with all DLC, and the highest fps I get is maybe 60. I opened a premade prison and the fps in it shot up to 165 fps. In the custom prison with not even 100...
