Game crashes when clicking water icon

Everytime I load into my map, I start placing roads and everything. But as soon as I click on the water icon to place water related assets the game crashes. It does´nt freeze or anything it just puts me back to steam

No I disbled all mods

Have you tried verifying game files on Steam?

Also, does any message appear when the game crashes or it just closes itself and you're back on Steam, without any message?

Make sure to check the tab "Broken"

If you still get this problem after removing or replacing any bad ones, attach here the game's log file:

Yes I checked. No message appears it just puts me back to Steam
