Cooks wont Cook

I've made 2 prisons now and they've gone really well but both times the cooks in the prisons just stop making food I've had prisoners starve to death and nothing I do makes them cook. I've tried redoing the logistics of who eats where it's all organized the cooks just aren't making meals. It says a certain number of meals are required without any being made. It's infuriating I spend so much time on these prisons I'm real proud of them, then they fail because all of a sudden my cooks become incompetent. It's happened to 2 prisons. It's really annoying.

I am trying to get this fixed for several years already. Please read the thread below that explains the workaround to this problem.

This is the so called "insecure prison" bug and it exists for more than FOUR years already. If you don't build a fence around your prison && if you continue to expand your prison with additional cell blocks without the mentioned "secure area"...

As you can see, I didn't even get a response to my bug report, even though I explained how to reproduce it. In my last ticket, where I was complaining, that Paradox staff are not replying to my threads, I was told, that the game is now End of Life (EOL) and won't receive any updates anymore.

If you still want to play the last good prison architect, get the game on GOG and reject the Paradox EULA. This will allow you to play the last good Introversion version of Prison Architect.
