Troubleshooting
1. Missing Icon or errors upon loading the mod
The only known source of problems with missing icon or errors upon loading the mod is when you have ever used/subscribed Gooee mod before, and it's no longer subscribed. When you subscribe Gooee mod and enabled it, it will copy some files to local mods directory but they will brick other mods once Gooee is later unsubscribed or its dependency mod.
You have to go to C:\Users\<your_username>\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II (hint: hit Ctrl+R and paste this:
Find and delete folder Gooee from the Mods and ModsData folders if exists. That should solve the problem with missing UI button.
If loading error is still present you need to share the game log (Player.log) and Traffic.Mod.log (in Logs folder), otherwise I won't be able to help you.
2. Game crash when trying to modify lane connections
Make sure you don't have installed Traffic Lights Enhancement locally that is still running on BepinEx. Uninstall/delete BepinEx folder and files. Use the mod from the PDX mods instead, since local/BepinEx version is no longer maintained and won't work correctly.
3. Game crash on loading the game to the main menu or the mod load warning in the notification panel
If you use Lumina mod and see
