Hello ! Thanks for the mod. My problem is that once installed, the buildings are immediately abandoned, any idea?
It doesn't happen for me... please make sure there is mixed residential demand where you place the building, so in the best case other mixed buildings around it

Thanks for this assets but whenever i use them my city economy crushes. and people doesn't know there is a fire station there.. Police station and clinic works but fire station doesnt work
Same issue. I even tried putting the building in an area already zoned for mixed residential. I winder, could it be that the zone type on this assett appears to be EU Mixed and I or others using the NA option have the issue?
I started a sandbox with EU option theme. Same results. They get torn down. The ones here are built on NON zoned land. I tried it on zoned land right in the section nect to this, and you can see in the corner there where it is building, that was a building like this. So there is demand.

I cannot reproduce this. Please note that you are using "Mixed Row Zone", which is not the same demand as "Mixed Housing"
These issues should be fixed with the new version!

Each building needs 20-30 MW to operate, although they look nice
