Will a content from crusader kings 3 be added automatically to the game on buying it or is the same process like with a mod ?¿

Any DLC you buy will be turned on automatically but you can go to the DLC section of the CK3 Launcher and turn off any DLC you don't want, just like mods.

I don't know. I've never played the Xbox version, but I would assume the Xbox version doesn't have a launcher so if they do let you select which DLC is on, it would be in a different menu.

What offer has almost everything: main game, royal court, legacy of Persia, ECT, the price doesn't matter because I want to save time buying everything instead of buying one by one, it doesn't matter if it comes from here (steam) or (paradox) or from somewhere else?
Well the console version doesn't have all t he DLC the PC version does, so your best best is to buy the Crusader Kings 3 bundle on Steam. It comes with all the major DLC except Legends of the Dead. You can either buy Legends of the Dead on its own, or buy the Chapter 4 pass which gets you all the DLC released this year, including the upcoming Road to Power, for a discounted price.

I honestly can't tell you. I have all the items in the bundles so Steam won't even tell me the prices anymore. You'll have to compare the prices for both bundles and see which one is less expensive.
