weird animal clicking in the background.

I am playing on ps4 with all the available dlc, for some reason I can hear some animal noise in the background. it plays at random and I don't know how it starts, but when does start it can go on pass ten minutes, and plays over the actual in game music.

No, it was before the galactic community spawned, when I noticed it, I thought it was a part of the new DLC's album, but when I realized it wasn't I made the bug report.

I’ve had the same thing when certain diplomacy screens open the noise of the alien plays in a endless loop until I close and reopen game

The Empire council produces the same result. When entering it the first time in a game it will emit a buzzing sound that does not go away until the game is closed and restarted. Of course the issue will present itself once more when the council is opened again. Best observed without music. Also, when an AI empire contacts the player the same audio bug will appear: the AI empire sound (a roar for example, if mammalian) will not stop ever, repeating itself in a loop, forcing the player to restart the game.
