When I play in the xbox one, the x button works for everything except interacting with characters, it just doesn't work and there's not even a way to change the controls

I know nothing about the console edition of the game I'm afraid. Is it that this button works the way you want for other users but not for you?

The button is not the problem on it'sown since it works for most of it's functions, it controls the selection of actions on counties, baronies and characters on the map, but it is not working for characters, the interaction tab with any character, including my own, wont open, so i cant murder, arrange marriages, declare wars, sway, etc.

I think it's just me, i've seen similar problems on the reddit forums, but they never really mentioned how to fix it, the problem started after the last update on the console edition
Okay, well all we can do on consoles is a clean reinstall.

- uninstall the game from the Xbox
- clear the Xbox cache and game files (save game data)

- test with a new campaign , NOT nay existing one
