Hello, I tested some things with your new asset packs with trains up to 16 coaches. Specifically, I tested 2x8 coaches, 11 coaches and 9 coaches, 16 and 11 these keep disappearing at some train stations, only 9 Coaches work for me right now. i guess this happens when the plattform area is too small for those long trains. Is this correct?

Is there any way how this problem can be solved? Or would this require new Assets with longer platforms which can Handle long trains?

I think you are refering to the Long Train Variation Pack? You are correct, these long trains don't work with most vanilla train stations, that why I didn't include them in the normal Train Variation Pack. Some players requested longer trains for modded assets, so that's why I created them.

is it possible to add a steam train?
Do your trains work with the mod Trains Visual by rodrigmatrix?
No, it's not possible to add steam trains, because we can't import custom models.

Yes, the train should work with Train Visuals, although I haven't tested it.
 
Very good, I have an North American Train in my European map but the train comes with entries in the player.log logfile. Do you have an idea?

You can use road builder to create custom train stations of any size you want while we weait for the asset editor to make large custom stations possible.
 
Hi, I started a new map this week on 1.2.3f1 and I just created a new tram line but isn't possible to chose what variant this line use and it use bigger variant in default. It's local bug or juste a broke from update?
 
Hello, I am just wondering if an European version of the longer train sets could be made.

Possibly a 12, 14, 16 segment train set, 10 segment set, or a 2x8 set for the next update?
I could look into that. The Long Pack should have European and NA versions of all available trains. With longer trains the issue is always that there are no train stations that support these trains, and everybody who uses the mod also gets the issues that come with long trains

All of the NA trains show up just fine, but only the 8-car and shorter train options show up under EU. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a limitation of the mod? I would love to have access to the 9, 10, and 11-car EU trains as well. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the quick reply. If you wouldn't mind adding them, that would be incredible! Also, I want to add my vote that you should make even longer variants. We may not have compatible official train stations yet, but I still use and enjoy the longer trains, nonetheless. You can put them on a loop using the integrated passenger stop, which can be placed on any stretch of regular track.

The issue I see with the 2x6(12-car) trains is that most of the stations literally cannot fit them, and I needed some higher capacity trains to compensate for limited train numbers. Do you know what might be the case? I've tried deleting and reinstalling the mod but to no avail.

Can you show a screenshot of the selection? Which of the packs are you using exactly?
