Winds of Change is now 20% off on steam, but on the paradox store it doesn't have the discount.

And the ultimate bundle is still at -40% instead of the -75% which it had during the last several sales

So is it dead or alive? Lack of bug fixes or even any info regarding them indicate dead, but marketing campaigns indicate alive. Confusing.

Any future sales are always up in the air, so we can't say one way or another for sure.

As for this sale I Don't have any good information to share sorry, Steam seems to be behaving strangely with the Ultimate Bundle right now, and we are looking into this internally

I'd be happy if the cool new feature was to fix some of their damn bugs. Honestly, at this point, I'd pay $10 for a DLC that contained nothing but bugfixes... how sad is that?

Update on this! Winds of Change is now correctly on sale on steam.

As for the ultimate bundle, it would seem everything is working "correctly" there as well. However the percentage can be odd when you own DLCs separately.
